Cheese. Pasta. Vegetables. It's got everything you need.
Ingredients
- Pasta
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Milk
- Parmesan cheese
- Peas, corn and carrots
- Olives
- Pepper
- Tabasco
- Allspice
- Salt
Method
- Make the pasta according to the normal method.
- Mix a quarter cup of flour into 50ml of oil in a big pan then put it on the stove.
- Gradually add 2.5 cups of milk, trying to keep it as smooth as possible. Don't be a perfectionist about this, near enough is good enough.
- Add some amount of cheese. I just used whatever was left in the bag, so I have no idea how much it was.
- Add the frozen peas, corn and carrots. However much of them looks good. You should be mixing all these things in as you add them.
- Cut exactly 25 olives in half and throw them in as well.
- Add however much pepper, tabasco and allspice you like.
- Drain the pasta and stir it in.
- Taste it and decide how much salt you're going to add.
- Add the salt.
- Give it a good mix and let it all heat to a good temperature, then put some in a bowl and eat it.
