Star Trek: Discovery - Perpetual Infinity

What even happened in this episode? Basically nothing. It was all dumb and pointless and made me wonder why I'm even watching this terrible show.

You know how Michael almost died last episode? She's fine now.
So last week we saw that dude get stabbed in the eye and assumed he was probably going to be taken over or impersonated by Control, the evil AI. And that happened. It/he immediately begins acting incredibly weird and dodgy and no one seems to notice except for Georgiou, and even she doesn't realise what's going on until much later. Everyone is dumb.

This happened for some reason.
Michael's mother is bring all "I don't have time for emotions, I have to save literally all life in the universe" but Michael's got enough emotions for both of them so I guess that balances out. They all come up with a plan to put the data that Control wants into the time travel suit and send it into the infinite future or something, because if it gets that then it becomes unstoppable, but obviously that doesn't go according to plan and Control ends up getting, like, half of it. And Michael's mum gets sent back tot he future.

Michael's mum eventually admits that she has emotions.
Georgiou saves the day, to an extent. and Voqler almost gets killed but survives (unfortunately) and there is absolutely nothing good about this episode at all. Just skip it. It's bad.

Remember how I used to be a genocidal dictator? Well I'm nice now.
